P This course applies the elementary principles and strategies of leadership. The course will define various leadership styles, provide steps for initiating change, develop basic principles of communication and conflict resolution, and clarify individual and group decision making and problem solving strategies. The course will also discuss delegation, needs assessment, task analysis, as well as practical principles of organizing and running meetings. There are no prerequisites for this course
