16.4 V A basic course introducing nursing concepts, principles and practice across the life span from conception to death. This course is founded on the Neuman Systems Model, with an emphasis on holistic nursing care. The model will provide a basis for the nursing processes 1-3. Process 1 includes basic mental health concepts, nursing theory, OB, integrated pediatrics and beginning nursing skills. This process will focus primarily on assessment. Note: As of summer 2009, OB and integrated pediatrics will move to PRN0380C
