P This course is intended for science or pre-professional students and includes a detailed study of the divisions of the plant kingdom with emphasis on morphology and taxonomy. Fieldwork will include identification of local flora and ecological relationships. The laboratory is an integral part of the course and consists of selected experiments that correlate with the lecture. BOT2010 and BOT2011 are independent courses. They do not represent a sequence. Prerequisites: Successful completion of BSC2005/L or equivalent. Corequisite: BOT2011L
