Skills for Interpersonal Communication Pre: Co: Will enable students to enhance their personal development and life skills by increasing their ability to communicate. Students will explore their own and other's communication styles and skills. Through discussion, structured experiences and the application of theoretical models such as Rogerian, active listening, and Transactional Analysis, students will gain insight into their own behavior and become better able to interact effectively with family, friends, and co-workers.
