Process Management Pre: Communications and Mathematics Proficiencies Co: This course provides the student with the methodology for effective management of the processes whereby raw material is converted to finished product. Process description, measurement, evaluation, and the development of effective alternative methods of production will be discussed. The use of various statistical methodologies and feasibility studies will be presented. Various management packages such as MRP (Material Requirement Planning), MRPII (Manufacturing Resource Planning), and OPT (Optimum Production Technology) will be explored.
