3 credits This course introduces the processes, equipment, facilities, and skills employed in television production. Emphasis is placed on the operation of studio equipment, the responsibilities of the production crew, and the production and direction of studio productions. An overview of video technology is also included. Two hours lecture and two hours lab per week. Prerequisites: ENG100, RDG100, or placement. Fall.
