Project Adventure is an activity class designed to involve innovative warm-up and conditioning exercises, group cooperation, personal and group problem solving initiatives, spotting skills, trust activities, and skills associated with individual challenges in an adventure setting. These activities will enable students to learn trust, cooperation, and healthy risk-taking behaviors in a supportive and safe environment. .5 cr. 1 Lab.
