This course is a study of assembly language programming techniques. Topics include basic machine organization, machine representation of instructions and data, addressing techniques, character and bit operations, and macro-instructions. Extensive programming in an assembly language is required. Prerequisite: Successful completion of CIS 216 Advanced Programming. 3 credits 2 Lec. 2 Lab.
