This course introduces students to the field of organizational behavior. Special focus is given to the behaviors of individuals and groups and the effect of organizational structures and processes on these behaviors. Students will examine individual characteristics that will include perception, motivation, values, ethics, and personality. They will also study team/group dynamics and organizational leadership and culture. Finally, students will discuss current topics in organizational behavior and organizational change. Prerequisite: None. 3 cr. 3 Lec. (Per Departmental Standards Version of BUS 203, approved by Academic Affairs on 10/28/04).
