Credits: 3 Catalog Description: Continues the study of mechanisms as applied to moving bodies. Examines position, displacement and velocity in both rectangular and polar coordinators, and Newton's laws of motion, moments and products of inertia, plane rigid body motion along with linear and angular impulse and momentum. Includes both free and forced vibration, rotating axes and coriolis acceleration, and application of D'Alembert's principles. Prerequisite: EGR235.
