Prerequisite: TH 101. This course provides a hands-on computer learning experience. Students begin by learning the terminology and procedures needed to plan itineraries for domestic and international passengers and then progress to the steps of building a passenger name record. A step-by-step process will be utilized so that students will comprehend and demonstrate the technical skills required to operate a computerized airline reservations system.
