Pre/Co-requisite: GV 105. Students examine the role of the paralegal in assisting attorneys in the preparation for trial and build profi ciencies in the specifi c tasks required of paralegals in the litigation process. These include procedures for drafting pleadings, motions and client correspondence. Students also develop techniques for case organization and review for eff ective legal writing.
