Students in this course will build on their earlier writing experience. Appropriate diction, syntax, organization and style will be studied and practiced. Class discussions of assigned readings and students' writing will be integral. Students successfully completing this course may be invited to serve as Peer Writing Tutors or University Writing Fellows. Prerequisite: Permission of instructor. 3 credits.
