Prerequisite: GPY 568 or Permission of Instructor. This course is designed to introduce the student to the current classification of psychological disorders and the understanding of the etiology and treatment of disorders not examined in Maladaptive Behavior I. The development of skills in diagnosis and recognition of substance related, cognitive, and adjustment disorders first diagnosed in infancy, childhood or adolescence are emphasized.
