This course is designed to introduce the student to the fundamental skills of spoken Spanish. Students will learn correct pronunciation, basic structural patterns and necessary vocabulary in order to ask and answer questions on everyday topics such as the weather, family, telling time and counting, courtesy phrases, description of home, job, pastimes, personal characteristics and other familiar subjects.
