Prerequisites: Criminal Justice G078 and minimum of one year experience as a public safety dispatcher This course provides the fundamentals of one to one dispatcher training, demonstration skills for teaching 911/public safety radio techniques and methods of evaluating probationary public safety dispatchers. Will provide the student with skills necessary to effectively manage the demands of the assignment as a trainer. Lecture. Pass/no pass only.
