This two-day field trip class will provide first hand experience seeing remains of archaeological and historical sites in another part of the desert. This fascinating area has all the elements of the westward movement: explorers, mining, range wars, Indian wars, water wars, recreation and the Japanese relocation camp of World War II - Manzanar. 31 hours total including field trip.
