Prerequisite: AUTO 63 and AUTO 64 with a "C" grade or better. Designed to provide the student with a working knowledge of diesel engine service procedures, troubleshooting and diagnostic, test equipment, fuel injection pump and service, tune-up, governors, fuel pump and injector timing, and valve adjustment. Emphasis will be placed on tune-up governor and rack adjustment, valve timing , and fuel pump service and calibration. Grades: Option (A-F), P/NP.
