Theory in rules, regulation & sanitation, professional image, bacteriology, and fundamentals of various salon industry techniques (i.e.) permanent waving, hair coloring, hair styling, shampooing, manicuring/pedicuring, etc., are taught by lecture and demonstration with supervised work practice.
