This course is designed to educate and provide School Resource Officers with: the history of the Juvenile Justice System, the policy and procedures of the diversion program(s), developing effective communications skills, rapid identification of resources/referral services for juveniles, practical exercises for creating effective school presentations, and a quick code guide familiarization with school crime codes.
