Lec-3; Field trips (Designed to achieve the equivalent of the F.A.A. Private Pilot Ground School, this class will enable the student to take the F.A.A. private pilot written examination. Flight instruction is not intended as part of this course. Such training may be obtained at F.A.A. approved flight schools at nearby airports.) Aviation weather flight computers, navigation, radio navigation, air-traffic control, Federal Aviation Regulations, weight and balance, use of the Airman's Information Manual and cross-country flight planning.
