Lec-3, lab-3, field trips P/NP available Prereq.: MOTO 80 Repeat: max. 12 units This course covers motorcycle power transmission systems. Converting mechanical power produced at the crankshaft to the rear wheel through clutch, transmission and the final drive system. Theory of operation including lubrication requirements, gear ratios, design and function of the primary drive, the clutch, the transmission and the final drive will be covered. Clutches, transmissions, and drive systems will be removed, disassembled, cleaned, inspected, measured, rebuilt, installed and inspected for proper operation. CSU
