Our construction department has the required expertise in carpentry and electrical applications this new course requires. The Building and Construction Department is working closely with the Mayor's Office of Workforce and Economic Development (MOEWD) to meet the needs of local employers in this sector. The goal of this course is to prepare students to pass the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) exam, currently the only recognized industry standard for PV installers.
