Lec-2, lab-3 PREREQ.: ARCH 52A or CAD 181 or equivalent training HVAC and Piping system design theory. Introduction to computer generated documents to specify HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning) and piping systems layout and details. This course will have a mechanical design emphasis, introducing terms and component equipment common to these systems. Emphasis will be placed on the standards used for process pipe and HVAC industry drawings. Design theory will include the determination of equipment sizes. CSU Formerly ET 187.
