Lec-2, conf-4, field trips COREQ.: HIT 55A or HIT 50B Continued study in the transcription of medical dictation to provide a permanent record of patient care. Increasingly difficult dictation includes general medicine, general surgery, medicine/surgery, radiology and pathology, and assessment reports. Medical transcription provides practice in applying principles of medicolegal responsibilities to protect the patient and the business/institution. Refinement in the use of and introduction to additional reference tools. CSU
