This course introduces students to the fundamental concepts and resources involved in using the Internet via the World Wide Web (WWW). It teaches what the WWW is, how to browse and search it, and how to write effective Web pages using the Hypertext Markup Language (HTML). The course will include a discussion of basic theory as well as practical hands-on exercises.
