Prerequisites: CHE* K121 and CHE* K122 and MAT* K186 or higher, all courses passed with a "C" grade or better. This course features the fundamental techniques and theoretical study in quantitative analysis of elements and compounds. Topics covered will include gravimetric, volumetric, oxidation-reduction and potentiometric methods of analysis. Specific laboratory experiments will be performed in the area of quantitative analysis. Three-hour lecture; one three-hour lab period each week.
