Topics include the role of the 14th Amendment and Due Process of Law, the Federal Bill of Rights and state enforcement, the development of individual rights at the state level, law enforcement and freedom of speech and press, freedom of assembly and redress of wrongs, search and seizure, confession and self-incrimination, assistance of counsel, and case citations.
