Topics include legal environment of business; contracts, business organizations, including partnerships and corporations; agencies; personal and real property; estate law; cemetery law; rights, privileges, and responsibilities of survivors; duties, authority and responsibility of licensed funeral directors which are essential for licensure and professional practice.
