Spring Topics include a study of the various types of boilers found in industry. The design and construction of boilers and combustion of fuels will be discussed.Also studied are boiler accessories, pumps, valves, turbines and pollution control equipment. Students learn to use steam tables and charts. Safe operation is emphasized throughout the course.
