Offered on demand. This course is designed as an introduction to dispute resolution theory and practice with special emphasis on its applications in the field of industrial and labor relations. This course examines the nature and sources of conflict in various areas of society and the role of negotiations,mediation, arbitration and fact-finding in the resolution of disputes. Special emphasis will be given to techniques employed in the areas of dispute resolution and their combined use as a method of settling conflict.
