Fall This course is designed to provide students a healthy perspective of ideal weight. They will be able to assess their current nutrition/exercise routine and prepare a new program to meet their personal needs: to gain weight, lose weight, or to maintain their current weight. Sound nutrition, exercise and stress reduction will be woven into this wellness approach to weight control.
