Fall In this course, students will study steel construction methods, steel detailing, and erection and design. It also covers design and analysis of steel beams, tension and compression members, and an introduction to the theory of connections. Students will participate in the erection of a prefabricated structural steel building as part of the class. Prerequisite: CIVL 112, Statics and Strength of Materials or CNST 110, Statics and Strength of Materials
