Fall The objective of the course is to introduce students to today's health care environment within the United States. Students will be exposed to the language of the health care environment, as well as models essential to understanding how it functions. The course will cover an introduction to various health care areas, such as ambulatory care, managed care, long term care, mental health care, and also will cover legal and ethical issues.
