Spring, DL The objective of this course is to provide students with a general background in the law of trust and estate. Students will examine law that pertains to the disposition of property by the establishment of inter vivos and testamentary trusts and testate and intestate disposition. New York State statutory law will be emphasized and relevant court decisions will be distributed as part of homework assignments.
