Fall, DL This course covers the basic principles of real property law with a focus on rights and interests in real property and the conveyance of those rights and interests. Topics including real estate contracts, mortgages, title searches/insurance, deeds and leases will be reviewed. The course will include and in-depth look at the closing process with an examination of the necessary documents to complete the mortgage transaction and transfer of title.
