This course presents topics in hardware and systems as used in the electronics and telecommunications industry. Electrical and digital circuits are explored. Binary codes and logic systems are discussed as they apply to electronic and telecommunications equipment. Students will explore hardware to the modular level. Students will simulate and demonstrate digital circuits. Prerequisite: ELC 13 or ELC 15. Corequisite: MTH 10 or MTH 13 or MTH 30.
