Introductory course in basic computer orientation and implementation of hardware and software applications in technology. Students will use various software packages to create documents, spreadsheets, graphs, databases and presentations. Students will utilize this knowledge to solve problems and transfer information via electronic media. Lectures, interactive learning and demonstrations will be employed. Laboratory exercises will be required. Corequisite: MTH 05.
