This course is designed to further educate the dental hygiene student in various aspects of clinical practice. Included in this course is information relative to the care and treatment of the periodontic, adolescent, pregnant, geriatric and special needs patients. Lectures, student presentations and interviews, discussions, and case studies are used to enhance learning. Prerequisite: "C" or betterin DHY 103.
