This course teaches developers how to use the features of the JavaScript language. Students learn how to write JavaScript programs that can be plugged into Web pages or customized, and examine advanced issues such as debugging techniques and JavaScript security. Topics include introduction to JavaScript, working with variables and data, functions, methods, and events, developing interactive forms, controlling program flow, JavaScript object model, JavaScript Language objects, cookies and JavaScript security, controlling frames in JavaScript, client-side JavaScript, and custom JavaScript options.
