Spring Lab fee will be required. This course covers the basic principles andmethods most significant in contract relationships; appreciation of the legal considerations in construction work; preparation and writing of contracts and specifications to satisfy building codes and architectural considerations. The process of quantity surveying and the calculation of a formal bid for building construction projects also is covered. Prerequisite: CIVL 220, Architectural Graphics or CNST 103, Blueprint Reading for Technologies.
