Classroom instructions are provided in organization and management of small automotive shops, employer-employee and customer relations, processing of work orders, parts inventory control, job search, relocation and interview techniques. Students will identify the advantages and disadvantages of owning and managing a business, identify acceptable work ethic, and explain procedures for managing employer-employee and customer relations. Lab fee required.
