An advanced overview of estimating, topics in this course provide an in-depth analysis and determination of costs and the classification of materials, labor, equipment and subcontracted work. Student will be responsible for the development of a detailed estimate of a three-story building. Lab fee required. Prerequisites: BCT 2770, BCT 2730, ETI 2420C, MAC 1105, all with grades of C or better.
