Prerequisite: Eligibility for ENG 101. 3 credits formerly ED 108 Health, Safety and Nutrition for Young Children This course is designed to help students understand the correlation among health, safety and nutrition and to explore ways in which children can become involved and responsible for their own well-being. Emphasis will be placed on adults assisting young children to develop good habits and attitudes regarding health, safety and nutrition. Focus will be placed on preventive health care.
