Fall, Spring This course is designed to train students in the organization, architecture, setup, hardware and software aspects of interconnecting local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs). Topics include: introduction to intraand inter-network devices; network operating systems; client/server environments; LAN/WAN setups; network printing; and internal web server. A hands-on approach will be taken with team projects throughout. Prerequisite: TELT 220, Telecommunications II.
