Spring, DL Students will learn medical transcription, using the latest PC based technology and digital audio in a case based approach. This coursewill additionally enhance the students proofreading, spelling skills and other responsibilities required of a medical transcriptionist. Prerequisite: BIOL 115, Medical Terminology or BIOL 116, Medical Terminology for Office Assistants or permission of department.
