Fall, Spring This is an individually programmed service to improve student's vocabulary, reading comprehension, reading rate, textbook skills, and general study habits. Emphasis is placed on the effective use of the textbook and class notes the student is using in his/her specific course of study. more importantly, how it has been interpreted by the courts of New York State in its application. Major emphasis will be employee and employer rights, including recognition and certification, improper practices, strikes, grievances and disciplinary procedures to the New York State Public Employment Relations Board.
