Spring Lab fee will be required. This is a capstone course in which students will utilize knowledge of previous and current courses in the design and planning of a construction project proposal. Topics range from site planning to construction scheduling of the project. Prerequisites: CIVL 101, Surveying, CIVL 110, Engineering Graphics, and CNST 103, Blueprint Reading for Technologies. Pre- or co- requisites: CIVL 224, Estimating, CNST 202, Construction Planning and Control and CNST 231, Building Service Systems .
