Spring Lab fee will be required. In this course, students will determine the condition of the surface, prepare bare metal, automotive enamels, metallic colors, learn about rubbing and polishing, spot repairing, acrylic enamel and acrylic lacquer, troubleshooting and paint failure (urethane acrylic-enamel). The course also will cover overall masking base coat/clear coat system and decal-pinstriping.
