Emphasis will be placed on professional practices and safety. Topics include state and local laws, rules, and regulations; professional image; bacteriology; decontamination and infection control; chemistry fundamentals and pH; safety; Hazardous Duty Standards Act compliance; and anatomy and physiology; and types of employment.
